Privacy policy
Here is what we do with the data you leave on this website, with no small print, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who the controller is
[Company name] · NIF [CIF] · [Address] · xtoftome@gmail.com.
What data we collect
What you enter in the contact form: name, company or firm, phone or email and, if you wish, a description of your backlog.
What we use it for
- Replying to your request and preparing the free assessment.
- Sending you a quote, if you ask for one.
We do not use it to send you advertising unless you expressly allow us to.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it after 1 year. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
No one, unless required by law. Some technical providers (for example, web hosting, Raiola Networks, with servers in Spain) may access it solely to provide their service to us, under a data processing agreement. We make no international data transfers: the website and requests are hosted in Spain.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to xtoftome@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
When we work with your clients’ data
When we install and maintain the skills, we process data belonging to you or your clients (invoices, bank transactions, records). In that case:
- You are the controller and we are the processor, and we sign a data processing agreement to that effect (article 28 GDPR).
- The AI works inside your own account: your data stays there.
- We only use that data to do the work you commission, never for other purposes.
- A person always reviews before anything is signed off.
- When the service ends, we return or delete whatever we hold, as you instruct.
