The backlog, cleared. What's coming, flagged in advance.

01 — The problem

The backlog that never goes away.

Every month new work arrives before the last batch is done. The urgent pushes out the important, and the rest stays in the pile.

Paperwork everywhere

Invoices in email, on paper and in phone photos, never recorded.

Reconciliations piling up

Quarter after quarter, the bank and the books don't match.

Hours of data entry

Repetitive work nobody wants to do and that adds no value.

A rush at every deadline

When a deadline arrives, everything is urgent and mistakes creep in.

02 — What we do

We sell work done, not tools.

A skill is a task the AI knows how to do for you, set up for your office. You don't touch anything technical: you see the work done and you review it.

Catch-up skill

Clears the backlog.

Unrecorded invoices, reconciliations and pending records. Months of backlog, done and ready for review.

Keep-up skill

Keeps you up to date and plans ahead.

Deadlines, tax obligations and recurring tasks. It warns you before anything falls behind again.

Custom automations

Connects what you already use.

Your email, your accounting software, your spreadsheets. No new programs, no new way of working.

Our speciality

Olive oil mills and tax firms.

Olive oil mills

We know the sector from the inside.

During the harvest, olive deliveries, purchase and sales invoices and settlements pile up. We bring it all up to date and keep it that way for the whole season, without stopping the mill.

  • Delivery notes and weighbridge tickets moved into your transport sheet, ready for the transport control document (DeCA).
  • Grants, subsidies and CAP payments watched, with their deadlines flagged.
  • An olive oil market report to decide whether to sell, hold or buy.
  • Review of invoice books and of the farmers' VAT scheme (REAGP).

Tax firms

Every quarter, without the last-minute pile.

Your clients' invoices recorded before you prepare the returns, anything doubtful flagged for review and every deadline announced well in advance. We also review the farmers' VAT scheme (REAGP) books of your farming clients. See a real case

03 — First product

Backlog invoice recording.

Reads invoices from PDF, photo or email. Extracts tax ID, dates, taxable base, VAT and withholdings. Spots duplicates and errors. Then hands you a file ready to import into your accounting software, plus a report of what needs checking.

04 — More skills

Other skills already at work.

Besides invoice recording, these already run every day. For each one, what goes in and what comes out.

Olive oil mills · cooperatives · hauliers

Delivery notes and weighbridge tickets

In: photos of handwritten delivery notes or weighbridge tickets.

Out: every trip in your transport sheet, as new rows at the end, without touching the existing ones.

It checks ID and tax numbers, number plates, dates and that gross − tare = net. It is used to prepare the Spanish transport control document (DeCA).

Keep-up skill

Email under control

In: your inbox.

Out: email sorted, anything urgent flagged and a summary every week.

It labels and archives the clutter. It never deletes anything.

Keep-up skill

We tailor them to each client during the assessment.

05 — A real case

An invoice book, checked end to end.

For a client in the agri-food sector, we reviewed their purchase invoice book for a full period, including Spain's special VAT scheme for farmers (REAGP). The case is real; no names, no figures and no details that identify them.

What we cross-checked

  • Every invoice in the book against its document: amounts, dates and numbering.
  • Tax IDs, and that each supplier's details are consistent.
  • Every payment against the bank statement.
  • That payment methods and withholdings comply with the rules.

What we delivered

  • A report ordered by risk level, with every finding checked against the original document.
  • What is right and worth showing, not only what is wrong.
  • For each problem, what to do: which documents to gather and what to raise with the tax adviser.

Useful for the business and for the tax firm that handles its VAT.

06 — What's coming

New obligations in Spain in 2027 and 2028.

Meeting them is much easier with your work up to date. The keep-up skill watches the deadlines and warns you early. As of November 2026; dates may change.

1 January 2027

08 — Trust

No hype. We tell you what it does and what it doesn't.

Always reviewed by a person

The AI prepares the work and flags anything doubtful. Nothing is signed off until a person has checked it.

GDPR and processor agreement

We comply with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you.

Your data, in your account

The AI works inside your own account. Your data stays where it already is.

What it does

Reads documents, extracts data, records, reconciles, spots errors and warns you about what's coming.

What it doesn't do

Decide for you, file anything without your approval or replace your adviser's judgement.

Reserved space: real client testimonials and logos, once we have them.
Reserved space: list of supported accounting software, once it is final.

10 — FAQ

What people usually ask.

What do I need to get started?

Nothing technical. One meeting for the assessment and access to the accounts you already work in. We install and set up everything.

How long does catching up take?

It depends on the size of the backlog. In the free assessment we give you a specific timeframe before we start.

What happens to my data?

The AI works inside your own account, so your data stays there. We comply with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement.

What happens to my data if I stop the service?

Your data stays in your account, as always. We remove our access and the skills, and delete any copy of your data we hold.

Which accounting software does it work with?

We generate a file ready to import into your accounting software and adapt it to whichever one you use. We confirm the details in the assessment.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

It can happen. That's why it flags anything doubtful in an issues report, and a person always reviews before anything is signed off.

Does it delete or file anything without permission?

No. Nothing is filed or deleted without your approval.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the backlog and what needs automating. After the free assessment we give you a fixed quote, no strings attached.

Which AI do you use?

Claude, by Anthropic. It runs in your own company's account (on the Team plan if several people use it). We set up and maintain the skills.

Who pays for the AI?

You have your own Claude account. We charge for the setup and a maintenance fee.
